Why don't you publish exact prices?
Because there's no honest single number. A 3-truck operation with 1 warehouse has a fundamentally different cost structure than a 50-truck multi-site operation. Publishing a single rate would either over-quote the small distributor or under-deliver to the big one. We tier-template by company size and quote per operation — fair to both ends of the market.
Are there any per-transaction or per-order fees?
No. Your bill doesn't go up the busier you get. Your price moves only when you add capacity — more users, warehouses, or modules. Spike-week-friendly by design.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the remainder of the term. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal cycle.
Is there a free trial or pilot?
Yes — every quote includes a 30-day proof-of-value pilot on your real data. If APFoods doesn't measurably improve operations in 30 days, walk away — no charge, no clawback, no awkward conversation.
What's actually different about Enterprise tier?
Three things: unlimited capacity, multi-currency & multi-tenant features, and a dedicated success manager. Most Growth-tier customers don't need Enterprise until they cross five warehouses, ~75 trucks, or three currencies.
How does data migration work?
We help with data migration at every stage — Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. For Growth and Enterprise customers, you get a dedicated team of engineers who own the migration end-to-end and stay with you until it's verified successful: customers, items, suppliers, open AR/AP, on-hand inventory, price books, and historical sales data all moved cleanly. Migration is part of onboarding, not an upsell.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual prepay typically saves 10–15% vs monthly. Multi-year contracts get further consideration. Specifics in your written quote.
What about early-customer pricing?
We're early — first wave of customers gets meaningful discounts off list rates and disproportionate input on the roadmap. If you're talking to us in 2026, you're an early customer. Mention this on the call.
