Multi-warehouse, multi-tenant US-based support Talk to sales
B2B Storefront

Your customers place their own orders. On your domain. 24/7.

A customer-facing storefront that reads from the same catalog, price book, and inventory as the back-office. Self-serve orders flow straight to routing and accounting — no double entry.

Customers managed inside APFoods

Half your reps' day is order entry that customers could do themselves.

Customers text, email, and call orders to reps. Reps key them into the ERP. The ERP routes them to the warehouse. Errors compound at every handoff.

APFoods Storefront gives every customer their own login, their own price book, and a "Reorder" button. The reps shift from keying orders to closing deals.

What's in the storefront module.

Built so customers actually use it — not just look at it once.

Reorder templates

Customers save common order baskets and reorder in two taps. The most common path takes seconds.

Customer-specific pricing

Each customer sees their own price book — tiered pricing, contract pricing, volume breaks — all resolved server-side.

Cut-off-aware checkout

Checkout enforces the warehouse cut-off. Customers see the next delivery date before they confirm. No "we missed the truck" calls.

Credit gates

Order blocked when the customer's AR balance breaches policy, with the actual reason shown to them — not a generic error.

Catch-weight checkout

"5 lbs of striploin" shows nominal-versus-actual at ship time. The corrected invoice arrives without an awkward email.

Your domain, your brand

Storefront runs at orders.yourcompany.com. Customer experience reads as yours — not as a third-party portal.

Operator side

One customer, one record — wherever they ordered from.

A customer placing orders via phone, email, and the storefront all share the same record. AR aging is unified. Standing-order templates work both ways. Reps see storefront orders inside their dashboard exactly like rep-keyed orders.

  • Storefront accounts auto-linked to the customer record at first login
  • Per-customer purchase order number field — supports buyers who require PO numbers
  • Storefront cart and rep-keyed orders share inventory reservations — no overselling
  • Customer-side notifications on order confirm, ship, and delivery
Unified catalog

One catalog. Reps see all of it. Customers see what they're entitled to.

The same item catalog powers rep order entry, the storefront, and pricing. Customer visibility rules control which categories and SKUs appear in each customer's storefront. No second catalog to maintain.

  • Per-customer category and SKU visibility
  • Out-of-stock and low-stock display rules (hide, badge, or substitute)
  • Featured items + promotional pricing per customer segment
  • Image + nutrition + spec sheets attached to the item, used everywhere

Storefront FAQ

Does the storefront run on our domain?

Yes — at orders.yourcompany.com (or any subdomain you choose). We handle DNS and TLS setup as part of onboarding. Customers see your brand, not ours.

What about customers who don't want to use a storefront?

Reps can keep keying orders for those customers. The storefront and rep entry coexist — most distributors migrate customers gradually over months.

Can customers see their own AR balance and invoices?

Yes, per-tenant policy. Some distributors expose AR transparently; others gate it to manager-level customer logins.

How are passwords / logins managed?

Each customer can have multiple users (buyer, AP clerk, manager) with different permissions. Login via email + password or SSO (Google, Microsoft) on the Growth and Enterprise tiers.

What about minimum order quantities or order minimums?

Per-customer MOQ (minimum order quantity) and per-warehouse minimum order value can both be enforced. Checkout shows the gap before the customer hits "place order."

Can customers see ETA on their orders?

Yes — once a route dispatches, the customer-side order detail shows estimated stop window updated in real time from driver progress.
