One screen for orders, invoices, AR, and the people who own them.
Sales reps live in one view: today's orders, what's on hold, what's past due, and who needs a call. Built for distributors where the same person sells, schedules, and chases payment.
Sales reps don't want six tabs. They want today.
Most ERPs split a rep's day across an orders tab, an invoices tab, a customers tab, and an AR aging tab. Reality is that all four are the same conversation: "What did Trader Joe's Decatur order, did it ship, did they pay, and what should I bring up on the next call?"
APFoods rolls those four into a single dashboard, scoped to the rep's customer book, with cut-off enforcement and credit gates wired in.
What's in the sales module.
Eight capabilities reps and sales managers ask for first.
Fast order entry
Keyboard-driven SKU search, customer price book lookup, recent-order recall, single-key item add.
Standing orders
Weekly templates that auto-generate orders on the customer's cut-off day. Sales reps adjust line-by-line per occurrence.
Cut-off enforcement
Per-warehouse same-day / next-day cut-off times. Orders past cut-off either roll forward or fail loudly — never silently miss the truck.
Credit gates
Customer-level credit limit, past-due flags, and order-blocking when AR balance breaches policy.
Unified Orders + Invoices + AR
One tabbed view scoped to the rep's customers — orders today, this week, all-time invoices, AR aging, all one breath apart.
Customer book + notes
Per-customer profile with order history, AR balance, last call notes, and standing-order templates.
Commissions
Period-based commission lifecycle, GP-basis dispatcher, clawback engine. Statements auto-issued at period close.
Returns & credits
RMA flow with reason codes, restock-fee handling, credit memo issuance that hits AR and accounting in one motion.
Orders, invoices, and AR — all scoped to the people on the rep's book.
The sales dashboard isn't four pages stitched together. The same view shows today's orders, status of each, the rep's invoices grid with match status, and the AR aging breakdown — without ever leaving the page.

Sales FAQ
Can reps see only their customers?
Yes. Sales reps have a customer book; their dashboard, orders, and AR view are auto-scoped to that book. Managers and admins see the full tenant.
How does cut-off enforcement work for orders placed after hours?
Each warehouse has a same-day and next-day cut-off. Orders past same-day cut-off either auto-roll to the next eligible date or block submission with an explicit error — your choice per-tenant.
What about customers who place orders by phone/text/email?
Reps key those in via the fast-entry UI — keyboard-first with full customer + SKU search. Standing-order templates handle most repeat customers without re-keying.
Do you support tiered pricing and customer-specific price books?
Yes — pricing tiers, customer-specific overrides, volume break pricing, and contract pricing all coexist. The order entry screen shows which rule resolved each line.
What's the credit-gate behavior?
When an order would push a customer past their credit limit or any invoice is past their tolerance, the system blocks order confirmation with an explicit, customer-visible reason. Override requires admin or owner role.
How do commissions work?
Commission periods (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) lock at period close. Basis is configurable (gross sales, GP, or hybrid). Returns within the clawback window auto-deduct from the commission. Reps see their statement before payout.
