An order guide is the list of products a customer buys regularly, often with their usual quantities or par levels. Foodservice buyers use it to place the week's order in minutes, and reps use it to spot items a customer has stopped buying.
Order guides work best when they are shared between the distributor and the buyer. When the rep's guide and the buyer's own list drift apart, orders come in for discontinued items or miss new ones.
In APFoodz reps keep an order guide for each customer, and buyers can reorder from it on the storefront.
